Magic Short 39 - That Escalated!
My little sister, Clare, has always been adventurous, but her latest escapade frightened me. While being at a magic show seemed to be an innocuous place to be, my sister found some trouble to be in and then waved it down. I knew that what she did, or had done to her, had to be completely safe or the magician would not have called for a volunteer, instead of doing it with one of his six assistants and dancers, but it still did not stop me worrying. The first part of the show had been about what I expected; a couple of big illusions (this time a sawing in half and an assistant impaled on a sword), some bloke from the audience put into a guillotine and screaming when the blade was dropped, all padded out with some humorous chat and sleight of hand. The magician announced that he would need a volunteer to demonstrate his next illusion. Dotted around the theatre several women, had stood to be noticed; Clare was one of them, and, even with my brother-spectacles on, probably the prettiest.
A few months after having seen a magic show hosted by Carlos the magician and his assistant Carmina, Quinn had the chance to go again; she jumped at the chance. It was not because the show had been particularly surprising until the end, when her friend Ann had been an audience volunteer for the finale and ended up strapped into a fibreglass sarcophagus and fed through a wood chipper. Quinn was determined that she would get the chance to feature in such a finale. The show up to the finale was pretty much as she remembered it, although it also appeared that it had been abbreviated in places to avoid the overrun of the show that had lead to Ann being used in a deadly escape that it was intended Carmina perform. During the first act, Quinn sized up her potential competition for audience volunteer to the finale escape and used a few of the pictures she had taken of Ann being tied, shredded and returned to the world of the living naked, to sew doubt in the minds of the greatest threats to

Tasha's Isolation Sawing In Half by Michaell Jones
“So I've decided the best way for me not to keep breaking the corona lockdown, is to have my legs cut off.” Tasha explained into the camera. The thirty-something blonde English beauty seemed to be rather serious, while she was been filmed by a singular roaming camera, for a video uploaded to her various social media platforms. Tasha stood in her spacious back garden of her house on a surprisingly warm, late March day, Tasha relayed what had led to her decision, while dressed in a tight charcoal tank top, with grey shiny spandex, workout leggings, with Mexican sugar skulls adorned upon them, making her long, toned legs even more eye-catching in the skintight, stretched fabric. “There is currently a pandemic across the world, with the government insisting we social isolate, keep two metres from people, do not see people we don’t live with, only be outside for an hour maximum for exercise and only go to the shops for essentials.” Tasha stated. “The thing is we’re a few days in and I’ve

The Magic Show - unfinished
The magician and his assistant rolled out a large glass box, which was filled with water. The top of the box was sealed with a very obvious padlock. As the assistant locked the wheels of the box in place, the magician walked to the front of the stage. He rolled up his sleeves, showed his hands were empty, and with a gesture made a large red sheet appear between his hands.
As the audience applauded, he smiled. Wow, if you thought that was impressive, you're really going to love the rest of the show!
The magician walked to the glass box as the audience laughed, and he and his assistant draped the sheet over the box. They waited

Alright, I'll tell you again, but this is the last time, right?
I am working on my tan by the pool, when I feel thirsty. I go in to find a drink. I am thinking I'll go to that bar on the Americas deck, you know, the one they call 'Boston', because it looks like the bar in Cheers.
I must have taken a wrong turn somewhere, coz I end up going through a door into the Las Vegas showroom in the middle of a show. The weird thing is that everyone was looking at me; like they are expecting me to be there; and by everyone I mean everyone, the whole audience and the man in the black suit on the stage.
He is obviously surprised a
